Latest news from the Hyundai car company is they opened the booking for the Creta model petrol engine car in India. This car is available from Rs.13.48 Lakhs (INR). Dealers for the Hyundai cars in Mumbai have confirmed this news. This Creta petrol automatic comes in the top-end SX+ variant. They launched the Diesel engine model in India last year. After the great success by this car they planned to release its petrol engine model.

Experts in the auto mobile industry feel that this Creta petrol model will be a good competitor for its rivals Honda and the Ford. Because Honda will launch its latest model called Honda BR-V at the same time Ford going to launch its EcoSport.

This car powered by a 1.6ltr engine that produces 122bhp (maximum). Its expected peak torque is 154Nm. This car comes with some goodies like push-button start, auto climate control, touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth, Aux, USB connectivity, diamond cut alloy wheels, projector headlamps with LED DRLs.

Based on the booking details this Creta will become hot in India because got more than 1,00,000 booking in less than a year of its launch. Hyundai announced a hike in production of the SUV from 10,000 to 13,000 units per month. Hyundai’s last model i20 is not getting a big response from the audience so they have feels more pressure before launch of this Creta model.
