Kawasaki launched its new Versys 1000 in Indian market (823 Views)

Japanese bike maker Kawasaki Motors launched its new 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 in Indian market. Bookings are already opened. 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 is a sports touring bike category. Two months before they unveiled this new bike model at Intermot 2014 in September, 2014. It will be priced around Rs.12.90 lakhs in India.

The Kawasaki Versys 1000 has four stroke, 4 valves DOHC Engine with Liquid cooling system. Both front and rear brakes are disc brakes. Front brake has dual 310 mm petal rotors with four piston calipers and ABS and Rear brake has single 250 mm petal rotor with single piston caliper and ABS. Front suspension of Versys 1000 is KYB 43mm inverted front fork with adjustable rebound and preload. Rear suspension of Versys 1000 is horizontal back link shock with adjustable revounds damping and adjustable spring preload, remote preload adjuster. Fuel tank capacity of Kawasaki Versys 1000 is 20.8 litres (5.5 gallons). It will be available in candy burnt orange and metallic spark black colour.
