Mahindra Scorpio Facelift launched at Rs.7.98 Lakhs in India (1283 Views)

Mahindra Rise launched its New Generation Mahindra Scorpio Facelift car models in India on September, 2014. This scorpio new generation model has few variants. New scorpio variants are S2, S4, S6, S8 and S10. Starting price of Mahindra Scorpio model is Rs. 7.98 lakhs in India. Mahindra Scorpio available in five different colors – Diamond White, Mist Silver, Fiery Black, Molten Red and Regal Blue.

This Mahindra Scorpio facelift has 2.2-litre 120bhp 16V mHawk 4 cylinder Engine. It produces a power of 120 bhp @ 4000 rpm and it generates a torque of 280 nm @ 1800-2800 rpm. S2 model produces a power of 75 bhp @ 3200 rpm and it generates 200 nm @ 1400 – 2200 rpm. It’s a five speed manual gearbox. It has Radial Tubeless Tyres. Tyre Sizes are P235/65 R17. S2 variant tyre sizes are P215/75 R15. Both Front and Rear Suspensions are Double wish-bone type and Multi link coil spring suspension with Anti-roll bar. Front brakes are ventilated disc brakes and Rear brakes are drum type brakes for all Scorpio facelift variants. It has a decent fuel tank capacity storage of 60 litres. Maximum gross vehicle weight of Mahindra Scorpio Facelift is 2510 kg (2WD) and 2610 kg (4WD).

New Mahindra Scorpio facelift has some new styles applied in this model. It has new imposing front grille, stylish led eyebrows, dual projector headlamps, hi-tech LED tail lamps, two tone rear appliqué, new LED stop lamp, new sporty fog lamps. It has inbuilt GPS Navigation system and voice assist system. Safety features of Scorpio facelift is dual front airbags, Speed alert, auto door lock while driving.
