BMW launched New Mini 3 door and 5 door Cooper D models in India (957 Views)

German car maker Bavarian Motor Works (BMW) has launched the new Mini 3 door and Mini 5 door car models in India. Mini 3 door Cooper D model priced around Rs. 31.85 lakhs and Mini 5 door Cooper D priced model priced around Rs. 35.2 lakhs. And Mini also announced Mini Cooper S 3-door car model will be available from the Q1 (first quarter) of  2015 in India. Both Mini 3 door and Mini 5 door Cooper D car models will be available in ten different various colors.

Similarity of Mini 5-door and 3-door Cooper D Models :

Both of these car models has 1.5 litre 116 BHP (brake horse power) 12V Diesel Motor. It has 3 number of cylinders and 12 valves. And it generates 116 bhp power and 270Nm torque. Fuel tank capacity of Mini 3 door and 5 door is 44 litres. Fuel efficiency of these car models are 22 kmpl in city and 28 kmpl in highway. Top speed of Mini Cooper D 5-doors and 3-doors are around 200 kmph (124 mph) .

Differences of Mini 5-door and 3-door Cooper D Models :

Main differences of these two car models are doors and passenger seating capacity. Mini 3-door is a 3 door car model and it has the seating capacity of 4. Mini 5-door is a 5 door car model and it has the seating capacity of 5. And few more differences in both of the cars exterior dimensions and safety features.
